The first 40 non-local attendees who register for the conference will receive free lodging (in double occupancy rooms) at the following hotel:

Check-in is on 3/7, check-out on 3/8. If needed, we will arrange transportation between the hotel and the conference site.

Should you opt for not sharing a room at the Atrium hotel, we will reimburse up to half the cost of a single occupancy room.
