This includes Ubuntu machines with the 3rd party .deb pine package. It won&#8217;t cause any harm to other applications if it inserts the certificate to a CA store that does not require it, so don&#8217;t worry about this.<\/p>\n<p>This will take care of pine&#8217;s certificate trust issues but you will still need to copy your .pinerc from your home directory on home.ps.uci.edu to connect to the right server and folders.
